At AWAKEONE, each product is made on demand specifically for you. For this reason, processing and shipping times may vary.

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders require a preparation time before shipping.

  • Estimated production time: 3 to 5 business days

This timeframe may vary depending on order volume or exceptional circumstances.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once the order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Spain: 3 to 7 business days
  • Europe: 5 to 10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as:

  • shipping carriers
  • logistical conditions
  • peak demand periods

SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete.

We are not responsible for:

  • incorrect addresses
  • failed deliveries due to recipient absence

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order experiences a significant delay or has not been delivered:

  • you must contact us through the contact form

We will work to resolve the issue with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee outcomes in cases beyond our control.

RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If an order is returned to the sender due to:

  • incorrect address
  • unclaimed package

the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer.

However, we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.
